The Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Mosque Affairs Department will hold the Reading of Surah Yasin and Special Doa in conjunction with Nisfu Syaaban 1447 Hijrah/2026 Masihi.

The ceremony will be held at mosques, suraus and religious halls nationwide with the focal point at Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Mosque, on Monday, 15th of Syaaban 1447 Hijrah corresponding to 2nd of February 2026 from 6 in the evening. The public is welcomed to attend the ceremony, in together reaping the rewards and blessings from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, apart from glorifying the mosques, surau and religious halls.
